Welcome to noeys. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from www.noeys.ca (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General Information

The Site is operated by noeys (“we,” “us,” “our”).
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Online Store Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your province or state, or you have parental consent

  • You will not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction through your use of the Site

3. Products & Descriptions

All products are handmade or small-batch, and natural variations in color, texture, size, and finish are expected.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but variations may occur depending on your device screen.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any product

  • Change or discontinue products

  • Update descriptions or pricing at any time

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Orders are not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed.

We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Noeys does not store full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders

Once an order is shipped, ownership transfers to the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Because our products are handmade and small-batch, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@noeys.ca within 48 hours

  • Include photos and your order number

We will assess the damage and provide a replacement or solution where appropriate.

7. Accuracy of Information

We try our best to ensure all information on the Site is accurate and current.
However, errors may occur, including:

  • Typos

  • Pricing errors

  • Inaccurate product information

We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time and cancel orders if necessary.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password

  • You agree to provide accurate, current information

  • You agree to update your information as needed

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

noeys is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Issues caused by incorrect handling (e.g., candle misuse or safety disregard)

Use all products safely and according to the instructions provided.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold noeys harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
